We focus primarily on recruitment in the retail, automotive, educational services and technology industries.
Our candidates are mainly recent college graduates, some with limited work experience in one of these industries. In our capacity as their mentors, we strive to add to their technical training and education, and also to cultivate real-life job skills that will help them thrive in your work environment. Such skills include developing the capacity to learn, listen, communicate, take criticism constructively, and balance taking initiative with following instructions.
